Barrington James is Excited to Announce the Promotion of Theo Hillman to the Position of Associate Director on the Board

Barrington James is thrilled to announce the recent promotion of Theo Hillman to the position of Associate Director. A home-grown talent, Theo, joined Barrington James in August 2019 and initially became part of the UKUS team when it was still in its early stages with only 8 consultants. Throughout the years, Theo has played a pivotal role in its growth and in nurturing consultants from the start of their recruitment careers to leading their own teams, not only in the UKUS division but also in other global offices. Theo has been a driving force for the team, demonstrating consistent leadership and mentorship while achieving company milestones and breaking records. 

With a stellar reputation in the Life Science market, Theo is recognized as a true specialist in the field. He has made significant contributions to the contract division, leading by example in developing consultants, resulting in global award wins and recognition on rewards days. 

With these accomplishments, Theo is well-suited to join Barrington James' global leadership team, contributing significantly to our overarching business goals. We eagerly anticipate the continued success that this well-earned promotion will bring!

Theo has expressed his excitement for his new role stating, "I joined Barrington James and the UKUS team in August of 2019, at this time the team was made of 8 consultants in the corner of a loft in Horley. Over the following 4 and a half years we have gone on to break company records, build the team to 30 people, move to our own salesfloor and for the most part lead the company in office performance. It’s an exciting time in UKUS now, the past 2 years we have been laying down the foundations for a huge amount of growth this year. Doubling the headcount and outgrowing this office soon is high on the agenda.”
