With over half a decade's experience in life science recruitment, I'm deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on the global drug development landscape. I firmly believe that by strategically appointing the right individuals into pivotal roles within organizations, I can expedite the development of life-altering medications to patients in need.

Before joining Board and Executive Partners in 2021, I had the privilege of leading a team of accomplished recruiters, focusing exclusively on the specialized domains of scientific, clinical development, drug safety, and medical affairs recruitment across the EMEA region. During this tenure, I cultivated partnerships with a diverse array of organizations. These encompassed industry leaders in the global biopharmaceutical sector, prominent players in the medical device industry, leading global Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), and innovative biotechnology startups.

In my current role as Managing Partner and Shareholder at Barrington James, I lead executive searches with a focus on VP, C-Suite, and Board level appointments across EMEA and North America.

Before venturing into the realm of recruitment, I had experience in the lab, conducting research into cell surface receptors and their impact on muscle stem cells. My academic achievements underscore my unwavering dedication to the field, with first-class distinctions in both my undergraduate Biomedicine degree and master's in molecular medicine, exemplifying my commitment to the ever-evolving domain of drug discovery and development.
