Our executive recruitment process is meticulously designed to deliver while ensuring a seamless and strategic experience for both clients and candidates. From the initial planning stages to final onboarding, every step is carefully structured to meet the unique needs of each client and secure the highest-caliber candidates.
Formation & Planning
We collaborate with our client stakeholders to carry out strategic context analysis. With this we will form the Position Specification, Key Assessment Criteria, Assignment Brief and Target Universe (competition map). Once signed off, our team will form their bespoke engagement strategy for the search.
Execution & Recruitment
Our resourcing team work tirelessly to map the relevant candidate demographic, isolating the stand-out candidates first. We respectfully approach these high-potential candidates, screening them fastidiously to our client’s specification. Over time the longlist is refined by carrying out assessment and further screening, building a market intelligence report for our client.
Shortlist & Interviews
On the presentation of our shortlist, our client receives detailed profiles of each candidate, including the results of any assessments or screening processes. The interview plan is implemented, fully facilitated by our team.
Selection & Feedback
Throughout this selection process, we detail feedback in order to provide the best candidate experience. When further interviews are needed to reach a decision, we keep our candidates engaged throughout. On selection of the preferred candidate, we take formal references, carry out due diligence and present and facilitate the offer.
Onboarding
We understand the need for a clear process on closing out a search process. We manage both parties throughout the duration of what is often a long notice period. Together with the client, we implement our agreed transition plan to ensure effective onboarding. On commencement of the appointment, we take client and candidate feedback ongoing to understand the actual experience and impact of the appointment.
