I have been recruiting in the Life Sciences space for 14 years. Until recently, I was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Certara, one of the world's leading providers of Life Sciences software solutions and consulting services, helping sponsor companies to accelerate their drug development timelines and reduce costs.
Previous to Certara I spent 11 years in the service provider space, primarily in the Executive Search field in Life Sciences helping businesses to hire leadership professionals across the US and EU.
