The role contributes to strengthening the corporate brand and supporting strategic marketing initiatives across both domestic and international markets.
Job Description
This role is part of the Corporate Marketing Department, supporting the global strategy of the organization and its affiliated companies. Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization’s global corporate presence and executing promotional activities targeted at Japanese clients.
Key Responsibilities

Execute marketing initiatives aligned with corporate strategies, including:

Planning and producing marketing materials such as solution brochures, white papers, web pages, digital content, social media posts, and advertorials.

Coordinating marketing campaigns in collaboration with overseas marketing agencies.

Provide sales support for domestic and international group companies, including:
-
Assisting with the creation of promotional materials and advertisements, as well as supporting seminars and exhibition events.

Manage and maintain the corporate group’s website, including:
-
Creating and updating web content, monitoring SEO performance, and implementing improvements.

Manage CRM systems, including:
-
Entering and monitoring data in Salesforce, executing digital marketing campaigns via marketing automation tools such as Pardot, and managing related workflows.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
-
Native-level Japanese proficiency, including strong written communication skills for marketing content.
-
At least 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the life sciences sector (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CRO, or other healthcare-related fields).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Business-level English proficiency for emails, meetings, and marketing content creation.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will be considered highly desirable:

Digital marketing, social media management, or organizing seminars, webinars, or trade shows.

Familiarity with website management systems (e.g., PowerCMS) and Google Analytics.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot.

Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for presentations and data analysis.

Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
