Freelance HEOR Expert

Location: Remote / UK-based preferred

Project Duration: 6–12 months (with possible extension)

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced freelance Associate Director to support our HEOR team in delivering high-quality evidence to inform market access and pricing strategies. This role requires hands-on expertise in indirect treatment comparisons and the ability to provide actionable insights across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HEOR analyses and contribute to value dossiers, including cost-effectiveness modelling, real-world evidence studies, and comparative effectiveness research

• Conduct and oversee indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs) and network meta-analyses to inform payer discussions and strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical teams to translate complex evidence into clear recommendations

• Support engagement with external stakeholders, including HTA bodies and payers

• Mentor junior HEOR staff on methodological approaches, where needed

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field

• 7+ years of HEOR experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

• Proven experience with indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analyses

• Strong understanding of HTA requirements and market access processes across EU and/or global markets

• Excellent communication and project management skills
