Freelance Pharmacoepidemiologist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Pharmacoepidemiologist with at least 5 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on designing and conducting pharmacoepidemiological studies, systematic literature reviews, and evidence synthesis to support regulatory, market access, and scientific objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pharmacoepidemiology studies using real world data, registries, and claims databases.

Lead systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses to inform product strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, HEOR, and regulatory.

Provide scientific expertise and insights to support publications, HTA submissions, and internal decision-making.

Apply AI and advanced analytics approaches where relevant to enhance study design and data interpretation (desirable).
Essential Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in pharmacoepidemiology within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven experience with systematic literature reviews.

Strong knowledge of epidemiological methods and real world data sources.

Excellent analytical, communication, and scientific writing skills.

Experience with AI/ML applications in healthcare or epidemiology is a strong plus.
