Associate Consultant – Commercial Strategy & Insights
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our commercial consulting team. In this role, you will apply analytical and research expertise to help solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic insights for our clients. You will work collaboratively on diverse projects, contributing to research, analysis, and the development of impactful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using a variety of tools and established approaches to derive meaningful insights and support project goals.

Assist in the development and implementation of research strategies to tackle business questions and produce data-driven recommendations.

Help prepare client-ready materials—including reports and presentations—by synthesizing information, creating visualizations, and ensuring deliverables are clear and persuasive.

Work closely with project teams to address client challenges and craft customized solutions that support their strategic priorities.

Take part in client discussions and meetings (with guidance) to help capture requirements, present findings, and maintain project alignment.

Aid in the preparation of proposals by contributing research, strategic content, and solution overviews to help strengthen bid competitiveness.

Partner with experienced consultants to help manage project activities, track progress, and support the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline

Approximately 2 years of professional experience in a relevant area

Strong competency with Microsoft Office applications (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)

Excellent communication skills in English; native-level Japanese proficiency
