Senior HEOR Modeller

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HEOR Modeller to take a leading role in health economic modelling projects, focusing on NICE and HTA submissions. You will shape market access strategies by developing high-quality models that demonstrate the value of our products to healthcare decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to influence submissions for key healthcare technologies, mentor junior colleagues, and represent the company in interactions with HTA bodies.
Key Responsibilities

Lead NICE/HTA submissions from initial design through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Manage multiple modelling workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

Develop robust health economic models, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and Markov models.

Collaborate with statisticians on indirect and matched treatment comparisons (ITCs and MTCs) to inform model assumptions.

Interpret and synthesize clinical, epidemiological, and economic evidence to support model inputs and assumptions.

Produce clear, comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Mentor junior modellers, providing guidance on technical modelling approaches and submission processes.

Represent the company in formal and informal meetings with NICE, other HTA bodies, and external stakeholders.
Requirements

2–5 years’ experience in health economics, outcomes research, or economic modelling.

Demonstrated experience contributing to NICE or other HTA submissions.

Strong quantitative skills, with a background in mathematics, statistics, health economics, or related disciplines.

Proven ability to independently build health economic models from scratch.

Familiarity with indirect and matched treatment comparisons.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex findings to diverse audiences.

Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
