Product Marketing Manager - Dentalcare
Position Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead product strategy for the Japan market, leveraging expertise across healthcare, digital, and product domains.
This role is responsible for driving business growth and enhancing brand value through close collaboration with customers, internal and external partners, and global teams, while expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies for the Japan market to maximize revenue and profitability
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer insight analyses to drive product improvements and identify new business opportunities
- Plan and implement brand strategy and communication initiatives
- Build and strengthen relationships with dental laboratories and distributors to expand sales opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally within Japan and with global teams
- Support team development and contribute to overall departmental operations
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in the healthcare or medical-related industry
- Strong knowledge and experience in B2B marketing and branding
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills
- Experience working in a global organization
- Proven project leadership experience
- Business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
