We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique consultancy that is continuing to expand its presence within the life sciences sector. As part of this growth, they are seeking an Partner to play a key role in strengthening and expanding their client portfolio while contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant who enjoys combining business development, client leadership, and strategic advisory work within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. The position is hybrid and based in Basel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive business growth initiatives, developing new partnerships while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leadership teams, delivering strategic guidance on commercial excellence and organisational transformation
  • Contribute to the continued development of the consultancy by mentoring and supporting emerging talent within the life sciences practice
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, strengthening brand visibility and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact consulting engagements that support clients in navigating complex industry challenges
Requirements:
  • A highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding business development targets
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships within the life sciences sector
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the life sciences industry
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience, ideally within strategy or commercial advisory
  • A Master’s degree in a science-related or business-related discipline
