They are searching for a new Partner with a deep understanding of the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries that can bring a proven track record of leadership in consulting.
Role Overview
As a partner, you will be leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of consultants while cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will be supporting their global Commercial Strategy practice by formulating and implementing innovative strategies to enhance global and EU practice capabilities to deliver superior outcomes to their clients. You will be identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by combining your industry knowledge with the company’s existing network of relationships to drive the growth of the company. You will be providing an in-person leadership presence in their London office, with an expectation of a minimum of 2 days per week in-office due to operation in a hybrid model.

- Bring innovation to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Utilise your extensive experience to stay abreast of industry trends, challenges and regulatory changes
- Oversee practice operations including budgeting, resource allocation and project management
Experience and Skills
- Proven success in leading consulting teams and supporting client success
- Significant depth of experience in Commercial Strategy with work in Portfolio/Asset strategy
- Participation in industry thought leadership
- A minimum of 10 years experience in the life science consulting industry
- Outstanding people development, leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
