This role of a Principle Pharmacometrician sits within a specialist data sciences staffing function that delivers fully dedicated resources to sponsor organisations through a Functional Service Provider (FSP) partnership model. Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and then subsequently delivering pharmacometric and PK/PD analysis for pre-clinical or phase I -IV clinical studies
  • Providing advise on study design and development strategy
  • Align with regulatory standards
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of PK/PD outputs
  • Work closely within cross-functional teams
  • Staying updated  with advances in pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology
Skills and Experiences
  • Ph.D. (or equivalent) in pharmacology, pharmacy, pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutics, biology, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or a field with a high level of modelling-related training is required
  • 3+ years of experience in Pharmacokinetics or Pharmacology for Clinical Research Organisation
  • 2+ years of experience in pre-clinical and clinical drug development
  • High level of problem solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
  • Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional and multi-cultural team environment
