Regional Sales Manager – ASEAN | In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing APAC IVD company looking for a junior Regional Sales Manager to step into ASEAN. This is a hands-on growth role with real responsibility, real exposure, and a manager who genuinely backs internal development.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow sales across ASEAN through distributor partners

• Build strong distributor relationships and drive performance

• Execute regional sales strategies with local market nuance

• Take ownership of targets while being supported and mentored

What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (this is essential)

• Experience working with distributors

• Science-based degree

• Proven sales performance and a can-do, high-energy mindset

• Ambition to grow, learn, and step up regionally
