Job Title: Solution Architect – AI in Digital Health

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions for our pharmaceutical clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales & Advisory: Work with our consulting teams to identify client needs, present solutions, and support sales activities (RFPs, demos, workshops).
• Solution Design: Architect AI systems (autonomous agents, patient engagement tools) and integrate them into pharma platforms (EHRs, CRMs, patient portals).
• Implementation & Leadership: Oversee the design, build, and deployment of AI tools, collaborating with engineers to ensure successful delivery.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to pharma leaders, presenting technical solutions and ensuring alignment with client goals.

• 7+ years as a Solution Architect or Consultant with AI experience, including 3+ years in generative agentic AI.
• 5+ years in healthcare or pharma, with experience in systems like EHRs or clinical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and AI workflow automation.
• Experience with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, GxP, and FHIR.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and carry significant sales targets.

• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks and MLOps for AI systems.
• Background in patient engagement tools or digital health solutions.
• Expertise in clinical trials, pharmacovigilance, or patient support services.
