Since joining Barrington James in 2017, Nick Sim has made significant strides in his career, leading the Medical Affairs desk and achieving top-performing results in the APAC region. From attending all Barrington James incentives to breaking billing records multiple times, Nick’s journey over the past four years has been exceptional. About Nick and His Role

“Hi! My name is Nicholas, and I’m based in Singapore. Unlike many with an engineering degree, I started my career in recruitment and have now been in the life sciences industry for over a decade. My role centers on leading the Medical Affairs recruitment team and handling executive search assignments across the APAC region. I see myself as a subject matter expert for companies facing hiring challenges and as a trusted advisor for candidates on their career journeys.”

    •    Annual Target Success: “I achieved my annual target by Q3 for both 2020 and 2021.”

    •    Top Sales Record and Placement Fee: “I’ve broken Singapore’s top sales record twice and hold the record for the highest placement fee.”

    •    Top Biller Recognition: “I’ve represented Singapore as the top biller twice and am working hard to maintain that for 2021!”
