Over the last three years, the AI market has seen significant growth. Advances in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision have fueled widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, and transportation. As businesses increasingly use AI to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive innovation, applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics tools have proliferated.
Global investment in AI R&D, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships between tech giants and startups have further accelerated AI’s growth. This demand surge has created a competitive job market for skilled AI professionals, making the sector one of the most dynamic in recent years.
Since 2021, our Essex office has been actively recruiting in some of the most exciting and innovative markets. These areas are still in their early stages and hold immense growth potential, which also opens opportunities for us to expand our expertise. Over the coming years, we plan to launch new teams focused on skillsets currently outside our scope. Our goal is to become the market leader in AI and Quantum technologies for Life Sciences, placing talent across an expanding list of countries and building a globally focused consultancy team.
