A mid-sized medical device company, specializing in cardiovascular and hematology faced a return-to-office mandate, requiring employees to relocate or accept severance. We were tasked with backfilling several key positions within a short time frame to meet the company's urgent needs.


The Challenge

Additionally, the time-sensitive nature of the mandate required candidates to either be local or relocate swiftly to meet the start dates.

This client was initially met through a conference, and we built a strong relationship with them over time. We’ve worked with them on a global scale, including placing very niche technical senior management positions in countries like Vietnam and Singapore, which helped us understand the international demands and the level of expertise required.

•    Ensured that every opening had at least two candidates taken to the final interview stage, increasing the likelihood of a successful hire.
